Businessmaker（以下「当事業者」）は、ユーザーの個人情報を適切に取り扱うため、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
Businessmaker (“we”) sets out the following policy for the proper handling of users’ personal information.
1. 取得する情報1. Information we collect
当事業者は、お問い合わせ時にご提供いただく氏名・メールアドレス等の情報、およびアプリやウェブサイトの利用に伴い自動的に送信される端末情報・利用状況等の情報を取得する場合があります。
We may collect information you provide when contacting us (such as name and email address), and device and usage information sent automatically when you use our apps or website.

当事業者のアプリでは、広告配信や利用状況の分析のために、Google等の第三者が提供するSDKを利用する場合があります。これらの事業者による情報の取り扱いは、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
Our apps may use SDKs from third parties such as Google for advertising and analytics. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. AIの利用について4. Use of AI
当事業者はコンテンツ制作や開発にAIを利用していますが、ユーザーの個人情報を不必要にAIサービスへ送信することはありません。
We use AI for content and development, but we do not send users’ personal information to AI services beyond what is necessary.

法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

ご本人から個人情報の開示・訂正・削除のご請求があった場合は、本人確認のうえ、合理的な範囲で速やかに対応します。
We will respond promptly, within reason and after verifying identity, to requests to access, correct or delete personal information.

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
